  • Vegetable oil - 40 ml
  • Garlic - 4 clove
  • Salt
  • Pepper
  • Tomatoes in their own juice - 400 gr
  • Water - 40 ml

• Wash meat and vegetables, peel vegetables. Chop the meat, onions and peppers into large 2-2.5 cm cubes. Pour the oil into the inner bowl of the multicooker. Place the meat in the bowl.
• Press the MENU button, select the FRY mode , then press the COOK TIME button and use the "+" and "-" set the cooking time to 20 minutes. Click the START button. You do not need to close the lid of the multicooker. Stir the meat periodically to prevent it from burning and fry until golden brown for 10 minutes.
• Then add onions to the meat and fry until half cooked (5 minutes). Then add the bell pepper, water and continue cooking until the end of the program. At the end of the program, add the tomatoes, garlic, salt and pepper. Stir. Close the lid of the multicooker.
• Press the “MENU” button , select the “TURN” mode using the “+” and “-” buttons < / B> set the cooking time to 1 hour. Click the START button.
• At the end of the program, open the lid of the multicooker, place the dish on the plates and serve.
Tips
• If desired, you can increase the cooking time of the dish on the "STEERED" mode. Cooking time will depend on your taste preferences and the quality of the meat.
