  • Butter - 50 gr
  • Egg - 1 pcs
  • Salt

  • Cottage cheese - 300 gr
  • Hard cheese - 300 gr
  • Egg - 1 pcs
  • Tomatoes
  • Fresh herbs
  • Garlic (cloves) - 2 pcs

Curd quiche with cheese Directions

Chop the butter with a knife, beat in an egg, salt, add flour, knead the dough. Put the finished dough in the refrigerator for 30 minutes. Mash the curd with a fork. Grate the cheese. Add the egg and mix well. Roll the dough into a layer with a rolling pin and form small sides. Lay out the prepared filling. You can add finely chopped tomatoes and / or fresh herbs with 2 cloves of garlic.
Sprinkle with grated cheese on top. Turn on the Bake setting for 60 minutes.

Mash the curd with a fork. Grate the cheese. Add the egg and mix well. Roll out the dough with a rolling pin into a layer, put it in a multicooker bowl, and form small sides. Lay out the prepared filling.
Sprinkle with grated cheese on top. Close the lid of the multicooker, make sure the pressure control valve is in the open position, turn on Bake .
