• Wait for the oil to warm up well (3-5 minutes), then dip the pieces of meat one by one into the bowl and fry them until golden brown for 10 minutes. If you put all the meat at once, it will be boiled or stewed in its own juice, but you need fried meat.
• Add spices, stir.
• After 10 minutes add onions, carrots and washed rice to the meat, gently cover with hot water so that it covers the rice by 2.5-3 cm, salt, close the lid of the multicooker and cook until the end of the program.
• At the end of the program, open the lid and stick in a few whole cloves of garlic. Use the spoon to puncture the bottom.
• Close the cover until it clicks. Do not open the lid or cover the steam valve with a towel or other object while the appliance is in operation.

• At the end of the program, 4 beeps will sound. The appliance enters the heating mode, the display will show the heating duration. Leave the pilaf on the "HEATED" mode for another 20 minutes so that it absorbs all the aromas.
• Press the OFF / HEAT button to turn off the heating mode.
• Open the lid of the multicooker and carefully remove the inner bowl from the multicooker.
• Arrange ready-made pilaf on plates and serve.
Tips
• You can fry meat with fat tail. Pilaf is especially tasty with the addition of barberry, coriander, cumin or raisins. They should be placed with rice.
• The dish can be made vegetarian. Add dried apricots or more vegetables instead of meat. Then from the cooking time it is worth removing the time of frying the meat.
• When choosing rice, be sure to look at whether it is parboiled or not. If not, then the cooking time should be increased by 10-15 minutes.
• The cooking time in this mode is determined by the microprocessor automatically, it does not need to be set manually. The recipe and the display show the approximate cooking time for 4 portions. Cooking time may vary depending on the amount of cereal and water.
