Ingredients

  • Minced meat - 500 gr
  • Gouda cheese - 100 gr
  • Bulb onions - 1 pcs
  • Tomato paste - 150 gr
  • Sour cream - 50 gr
  • White bread - 100 gr
  • Water - 1 glass
  • Flour - 1 tbs
  • Sunflower oil - 1 tbs
  • Milk - 50 ml
  • Salt
  • Black pepper (peas)
  • Sugar - 1 tsp

Meatballs in tomato sauce Directions

1. Add Gouda cheese, finely diced onion, bread soaked in milk, salt and pepper to the minced meat.
2. Form meatballs, roll in flour.
3. Pour oil into a slow cooker, put meatballs in a bowl, set the BAKING / FRYING mode for 15 minutes.
4. Dissolve tomato paste with water, add sour cream. Add the resulting paste to a slow cooker, stir and set the mode for another 15 minutes.

1. Add Gouda cheese, finely diced onion, bread soaked in milk, salt and pepper to the minced meat.
2. Form meatballs, roll in flour.
3. Pour oil into a multicooker, put meatballs in a bowl, set the mode "FRY" for 10 minutes.
4. Dissolve tomato paste with water, add sour cream. Add the resulting paste to a slow cooker, stir and set the STEWING mode for 30 minutes.
Tip:
you can use mashed potatoes or steamed vegetables as a side dish.
