- Cut carrots into small cubes and place in a bowl.
- Fry it in oil using the "FAST" mode .
- Then add the diced onion and continue frying.
- Then put diced potatoes, mushrooms in a bowl and cover with water.
- Season with salt, pepper and bay leaves.
- Next, cook on SOUP / STEW for 35 minutes.
- Serve mushroom soup with sour cream.
