  • Mushrooms - 500 gr
  • Potatoes - 6 pcs
  • Carrot - 1 pcs
  • Onion - 1 pcs
  • Salt pcs
  • Bay leaf pcs
  • Black pepper (ground) pcs

  • Cut carrots into small cubes and place in a bowl.
  • Fry it in oil using the "FAST" mode .
  • Then add the diced onion and continue frying.
  • Then put diced potatoes, mushrooms in a bowl and cover with water.
  • Season with salt, pepper and bay leaves.
  • Next, cook on SOUP / STEW for 35 minutes.
  • Serve mushroom soup with sour cream.
