Ingredients

  • Zucchini - 500 gr
  • Minced meat - 200 gr
  • Mushrooms - 200 gr
  • Onion - 1 pcs
  • Tomatoes - 2 pcs
  • Cheese - 50 gr
  • Garlic
  • Garlic - 1 slice
  • Salt

Fry the minced meat, mushrooms and onions in turn until golden brown on the "FRY" mode . Season with salt and finally add chopped garlic. Wash the zucchini, peel and cut lengthwise into two equal halves. Take out the core with seeds. Fill the resulting boats with fried minced meat and mushrooms, decorate with tomato slices on top and sprinkle with cheese. Place the boats in a greased bowl, add 50 ml of water and cook for 5 minutes under high pressure on the STEW mode.
