- Cranberry - 100 gr
- Sugar - 2 tbs
- Red wine p / s - 100 ml

COOKING METHOD
1. Cut the meat into small flat pieces, put salt in a bowl, pour with soy sauce (3 tablespoons) and red wine (50 ml).
2. Select the "RIGHT" buttons , "LEFT" the program "STEWED MEAT" , press the "START" button . Put the finished meat out of the bowl.
3. Grind the cranberries with sugar and add the remaining wine.
4. Use the buttons "RIGHT" , "LEFT" to select the program "FRY" , set the time - 10 minutes and 1 temperature level. Press the "START" button .
5. While stirring constantly, bring to a boil.
6. Add soy sauce, white pepper and simmer for 3 minutes.
