- Carrot - 1 pcs
- Onion - 1 pcs
- Caraway - 1 sprig
- Olive oil - 2 tbs
- Water - 1 glass

Set the mode "frying" , heat the oil and fry the meat on all sides. Add sliced carrots and onions. Season with salt, pepper, add thyme. Pour in water.
Set the mode "high pressure" . close the pan with a lid. Set the time: 16 minutes and leave to cook.
Open the lid, place the meat, cut it into pieces and serve. The gravy is served in a gravy boat.
