Fry the onion and chopped mushrooms in butter on the FRYING VEGETABLES setting. Add some water. Season with salt, pepper and simmer on the STEERING mode for 30 minutes. Then season with sour cream mixed with grated cheese, egg yolk and herbs. Stir and let stand for a few minutes on HEATED mode.
