  • Pork (fillet) - 600 gr
  • Sweet pepper - 2 pcs
  • Tomatoes - 4 pcs
  • Onion - 1 pcs
  • Carrot - 1 pcs
  • Garlic - 3 clove
  • Coriander - 1 tbs
  • Bay leaf - 2 pcs
  • Pepper mix - 0.5 tsp
  • Vegetable oil - 2 tbs

Cut the onion into half rings, carrot into strips. Fry vegetables in vegetable oil in the "FRY" mode , then add tomatoes and diced peppers, and fry for another 5 minutes, stirring occasionally.
