Pass the fish fillet through a meat grinder along with onions and white bread soaked in water (or milk). Add salt and pepper and mix well. Form the meatballs into balls. Dip each ball in flour and fry in oil on the "FRIED MEAT" mode. Then add fried onions, carrots and tomato paste diluted with water. Season with salt, pepper and sugar to taste. Cooking on the "Braising" mode for 30 minutes.
