• Rinse the mackerel, cut off the head and remove the entrails. Rinse thoroughly again.
• Cut into 4-6 centimeters thick slices, salt and pepper and add a little marjoram.
• Drizzle with lemon juice and let sit for 15 minutes.
• Cut the onion into half rings.
• Grease the multicooker bowl with oil and fold the mackerel pieces.
• Press the "MENU" button, select the "BAKE" mode (default cooking time is 1 hour).
• Press the START button.
• When the multicooker beeps, open the lid and turn the mackerel.
• Add onions, frozen vegetables. Vegetables do not need to be defrosted first.
