Cook the barley on the STEWING mode for 3 hours. Fry the onions and carrots separately, add the garlic. When the vegetables are browned, add the tomato paste. 1.5 hours before the end of the program "STEWING" put chicken hearts, fried vegetables, chopped potatoes, finely chopped cucumbers with brine into the multicooker bowl. Season with salt and pepper, add bay leaf.

Pour the pearl barley into the multicooker bowl, add water and cook on SOUP for 3 hours. Fry onions with carrots, add chopped garlic. Then put the tomato paste. After 1.5 hours from the start of cooking, add chicken hearts, sauteed vegetables, diced potatoes and finely chopped cucumbers with brine. Season with salt and pepper, add bay leaf.
