Ingredients

  • Fish fillet - 300 gr
  • Onion - 1 pcs
  • Egg - 1 pcs
  • Greenery - 1 bundle
  • Carrot - 1 pcs
  • Potatoes - 2 pcs
  • Salt
  • Pepper
  • Spice
  • Vegetable oil - 1 tbs
  • Tomato paste - 1 tbs

1. Peel and wash the vegetables. Grate the carrots on a coarse grater, finely chop the onion, chop the potatoes into large strips.
2. Make minced meat, or buy ready-made minced meat in the store.
3. Preparation:
meatballs: add half of the chopped onion to the minced meat. Beat in an egg, salt and pepper to taste. Mix everything thoroughly.
4. Form small balls from the mixture.
5. Grease a bowl of a multicooker with oil, put chopped vegetables and meatballs in it, add a spoonful of tomato paste. Cover with water, add salt and pepper to taste.
6. Turn on the mode "SOUP" , set the timer for 30 minutes.
7. After the end of the program, immediately pour the soup into bowls and sprinkle with fresh herbs. Serve hot, accompanied by toast.
