Ingredients

  • Mutton - 1000 gr
  • Bulb onions - 3 pcs
  • Tomatoes - 400 gr
  • Salt
  • Pepper

Chop the lamb into portions and place in a saucepan. Cut the onion into half rings and put on top of the meat. Chop the garlic and put in a saucepan. Finely chop the tomatoes and pour over the meat. Cook on STEAMING / STEAMING for about 1.5 hours.
