  • Olive oil - 3 tbs
  • Wheat flour - 450 gr
  • Dry yeast) - 1 tsp
  • Corn groats - 1 tbs
  • Sugar - 2 tbs
  • Salt - 1 tsp
  • Olives - 75 gr
  • Water - 375 ml

1. In a large bowl, combine water, sugar and olive oil.
2. Add flour, salt, yeast, olives to the contents.
3. Place the dough on a floured surface. Knead for 5-10 minutes, until the dough is smooth and elastic. Set aside and let rise for about 45 minutes, until the dough has doubled in size.
4. Plant the dough. Mix again for about 5-10 minutes. Let rise for about 30 minutes, until the dough has doubled in size.
5. Place the dough on the board. Place upside down in a bowl lined with a well-floured towel. Let rise until the dough has doubled in size.
6. Gently put the dough in a multicooker bowl, which is lightly greased with oil and sprinkled with corn grits or semolina.
7. Turn on the program "BREAD Maker" .
8. Remove the rosy and fragrant bread from the multicooker bowl, let it cool slightly, remove the excess flour from above.
