Peel and cut apples into large pieces (you can use quarters). Fry the apples in butter. Then sprinkle with cinnamon and brown sugar and stir. Pour over the dough and cook on the "BAKING" mode for 1 hour. Cool the finished pie in a bowl, and then turn it onto a dish.
