  • Milk - 400 ml
  • Egg - 4 pcs
  • Sugar - 100 gr

1. Peel the pumpkin, cut into small pieces and fry in a multicooker in butter on the "FRY" program until tender. Then put on a plate and let cool.
2. Mix semolina and milk in a multicooker bowl. On the program "Porridge" , boil and make a viscous semolina porridge.
3. Add cottage cheese, pumpkin, three eggs, sugar, salt, caraway to the semolina porridge. Mix everything well.
4. Put the prepared mass on the foil, laid out on the wire rack for steaming. Align and brush with one egg yolk.
5. Install the program "STEAMER" for 40 minutes.
6. Serve hot with sour cream.
