1. Separate the yolks from the whites. Grind the yolks with sugar until white. Beat the whites until stiff.
2. Heat milk, melt butter. Combine with yeast, yolks, flour, vanilla and raisins. Knead the dough, roll into a ball, cover with a towel and set aside for an hour and a half in a warm place for proofing.
3. Grease the multicooker with vegetable oil, lay out the dough, set the "BAKING" setting at 160 ° C for 40 minutes.
4. Grease the finished Easter with protein glaze and decorate with pastry sprinkles.
