  • Asparagus - 8 pcs
  • Potatoes - 3 pcs
  • Carrot - 1 pcs
  • Broccoli - 100 gr
  • Celery (root)
  • Olive oil - 3 tbs
  • Salt
  • Pepper
  • Water - 1 l

1. Cut the carrots into round slices, the asparagus in half, the celery root into cubes, the potato slices, and the broccoli into the inflorescences.
2. Put the chopped vegetables in a steam basket, put in a slow cooker, pour in water and set the STEAMER setting for 10 minutes.
Tip:
if you like crispy vegetables, reduce the cooking time to 5-7 minutes.
