1. Mix the minced meat with chopped onions, one egg, salt and pepper, mix thoroughly.
2. Form 1/4 of the minced meat into a ball, flatten a little, put the filling of grated cheese mixed with chopped herbs in the middle and shape immediately. Repeat making 4 zrazy. Dip zrazy in egg and bread crumbs.
