  • Lamb (fillet) - 100 gr
  • Grape leaves - 80 gr
  • Boiled rice) - 50 gr
  • Bulb onions - 40 gr
  • Garlic - 2 gr
  • Water - 200 ml
  • Salt
  • Spice

Rinse the lamb. Pass the meat, onion and garlic through a meat grinder. Add rice, salt and spices to the minced meat, knead until smooth. Put the minced meat in the grape leaves and wrap tightly. Put dolma into a multicooker bowl, add water. Close the lid. Press the button "Menu" , by pressing the buttons "+" and "-" install the program "EXTINGUISHING" . Press the button "OK" twice, press the buttons "+" and "-" set the cooking time to 30 minutes. Press and hold the "Start / Auto-heating" button for a few seconds. Cook until the end of the program.

Rinse the lamb. Pass the meat, onion and garlic through a meat grinder. Add rice, salt, sugar, spices to the minced meat and mix until smooth. Place the minced meat on the grape leaves and wrap tightly. Put the dolma in the multicooker-pressure cooker bowl, add water. Close the cover and valve. Set the program STEW / COLD , cooking time 10 minutes. Press the Start button. Cook until the end of the program, then open the valve and let off steam.
Tip:
serve with garlic sauce.
