  • Vegetable oil - 1 tbs
  • Water - 100 ml
  • Cream 22% - 100 ml
  • Mustard beans - 20 gr
  • Thyme - 2 sprig
  • Lettuce leaves - 2 leaf
  • Salt
  • Pepper

1. Cut the rabbit meat into 3-4 pieces, put in a multicooker bowl, add water. Set the mode "SOUP / MEAT" for 30 minutes.
2. Drain the finished broth, cool the meat, separate from the bones, divide into small pieces.
3. Pour oil into the multicooker bowl, put the meat, add cream, mustard, chopped thyme, salt, pepper, pour in water, mix and set the FRYED / MEAT mode for 10 minutes. Stir again inside the roasting process.
4. Garnish with lettuce before serving.
