1. Finely chop the onion, grate the carrots on a coarse grater.
2. Pour half of the sunflower oil into a saucepan, add chopped onions and grated carrots.
3. Cook without a lid on YOUR CHOICE , temperature - 130 ° C, until the onions are golden brown. Stir occasionally.
4. Chop fish pieces with fried onions and carrots, salt and pepper. Stir until smooth.
5. Form the minced fish into cutlets and roll in the sesame seeds.
6. Pour the remaining sunflower oil into a multicooker pan and spread out the fish cakes.
7. Cook without a lid in the CUTLETS mode, cooking time - 10-15 minutes, until the bottom crust color is desired.
8. Turn the fish cakes over and cover the multicooker with a lid. Set the pressure to 2 and continue cooking in the same mode.
9. After the beep, turn off the multicooker and release the pressure.
10. Place the lettuce leaves on a platter and transfer the cutlets.
11. Make a flower decoration out of half a tomato and place it in the center of the plate.
12. Decorate the finished fish cakes with dill sprigs and serve with a side dish.
