Yoghurt with dried fruits - recipe
Ingredients
- Milk 3.2% - 450 ml
- Cream 20% - 150 ml
- Yogurt - 100 ml
- Dried fruits - 150 gr

1. Whisk all the yogurt ingredients in a deep bowl. Use OURSSON ceramic ware.
2. Arrange dried fruits in jars, fill them with milk mixture and cover the jars with lids.
3. Place a plastic wire rack in a multicooker pot and place the jars on it.
4. Close the multicooker with a lid, select the mode "YOGHURT" , cooking time - 8 hours.
5. After the beep, turn off the multicooker, take out the jars of yogurt.
6. Place the jars of yogurt in the refrigerator for 1-2 hours.
7. Serve cooled yoghurt for breakfast or as a dessert.
To get yoghurt with dried fruit on the surface, place closed jars of formula milk in the pan upside down
