• Pour milk into the inner container of a multicooker, add natural yoghurt, stir.
• Tap the MENU button and select the OVEN function.
• Press the HOURS / MINUTES button to set the cooking time to 2 hours.
• Press the "TEMPERATURE" button and set the temperature to 40 ° С.
• Press and hold the START button for 3 seconds.
• At the end of the program, immediately turn off the multicooker (do not allow the heating to turn on after the end of cooking), disconnect it from the mains and leave it for 6 hours. During this time, do not open the lid or take out the container with the cooking yogurt from the multicooker!
• Add chopped fruit to finished yoghurt, serve.
Tips
• If you want to make yoghurt from fresh or pasteurized milk, first it must be heat-treated - pour the milk into the multicooker bowl, select the STEERE function and set cooking time 10 minutes. At the end of the program, cool the milk to room temperature. Then follow the above recipe.
• You can also use UHT milk - no pre-heat treatment of the milk is required in this case.
• Make sure the dishes are clean when preparing yoghurt.
• Ingredients for making yoghurt should be at room temperature.
• Sugar, cocoa, fruit can be added to ready-made yogurt.
