Ingredients

  • Milk 2.5% - 750 ml
  • Sour cream 15% - 50 gr
  • For serving: pcs
  • Any fresh berries pcs

1. Pour the baked milk into a deep bowl, add the sour cream and stir.
2. Pour the milk mixture into glass jars. Close the jars with lids and place them in the multicooker pan.
3. Cook varenets on YOGURT for 8 hours.
4. After the beep, transfer the jars to the refrigerator for 1 hour and serve. Garnish with fresh berries if desired.
Varenets has all the beneficial properties of baked milk, but it is absorbed by the body much easier, and this is especially important for those who are allergic to cow's milk protein. Varenets stimulates the production of vitamin C in the body.
