Ingredients

  • A hen - 1 pcs
  • Bay leaf - 3 pcs
  • Black pepper (peas) - 5 pcs
  • Water - 250 ml
  • Salt - 6 gr
  • For serving: pcs
  • Thyme - 3 sprig

Steamed chicken Directions

1. Pour water into a multicooker pan, place bay leaves and peppercorns in the water.
2. Season the chicken with salt.
3. Place the wire rack in a saucepan and place the chicken on top of it.
4. Cook with the lid closed, STEAMER , cooking time 1 hour.
5. Transfer the chicken to a platter, garnish with thyme sprigs and serve.
