Poultry with tarragon - recipe

- Chicken (breast) - 4 pcs
- Butter - 20 gr
- Bouillon - 200 ml
- Shallot - 1 pcs
- Tarragon - 3 sprig
- Cream - 200 ml
- Flour - 2 tbs
- Salt pcs

Poultry with tarragon Directions

Preparation:
Using the Browning setting, fry the poultry in butter on all sides. Season with salt and pepper.
Add chopped shallots and flour. Stir. Pour in the broth with a sprig of tarragon. Cover with a lid. Cook on high pressure for 8 minutes.
Open the cover. Transfer the pieces of poultry to another bowl. With Frying Vegetables , add the liquid cream. Boil for 3-4 minutes.
Add the remaining tarragon. Stir and serve. The dish is served with rice or mashed potatoes.
