  • Vegetable oil - 1 l
  • Salt
  • Spice

Cut the potatoes into 0.5 x 3 cm strips and place in the deep-fried basket. Pour vegetable oil into the bowl of the multicooker-pressure cooker. Press the COOKING button. After 2 minutes, place the deep-fried basket with potatoes in the multicooker-pressure cooker bowl. Fry the potatoes with the lid open until golden brown (12 minutes). Cancel the mode by pressing the Heat / Cancel button. Remove the basket with ready-made potatoes from the bowl, drain the oil, sprinkle with salt and spices, stir.
Tip: Serve with cheese, tomato and mushroom sauces.
