Ingredients

  • Flour - 2.5 glass
  • Milk - 0.5 glass
  • Egg (yolk) - 3 pcs
  • Sour cream - 1 tbs
  • Sugar - 1 tbs
  • Salt - 0.25 tsp
  • Vodka - 1 tbs
  • Vanillin pcs
  • Vegetable oil pcs
  • Powdered sugar pcs

Sift flour, add sugar and other ingredients. Knead the dough. The dough should fall well behind the hands. Roll out like on noodles and cut strips about 15-20 cm long. Make an incision in the middle and turn the ends of the strip inward. Place in the deep-frying basket and fry in small portions in hot vegetable oil on the Deep-fry program until the brush is crispy and golden. Remove the finished brushwood from the basket, put it on paper towels to drain the excess fat.
Tip:
Sprinkle icing sugar on the table before serving.
