Ingredients

  • Milk 3.2% - 500 ml
  • Wheat flour - 20 gr
  • Mixture - 1 pinch
  • Butter - 50 gr
  • Salt - 3 gr

1. Combine flour with salt, pepper mixture and butter.
2. Cook with the lid open, SAUCE setting, stirring constantly with a silicone whisk until smooth.
3. Once the sauce thickens, turn off the multicooker and pour the sauce into a container, cover with a lid.
Use Bechamel sauce as a base sauce for a whole range of sauces with various additives. It is recommended to bake vegetables, meat and fish with Bechamel sauce . Fry the flour in butter on FRY for 5 minutes, and the Bechamel sauce will take on a nutty flavor.
