Ingredients

  • Milk 3.2% - 300 ml
  • Egg (yolk) - 2 pcs
  • Condensed milk - 100 gr
  • Vanilla - 1 pcs
  • Mixture - 15 gr

1. Separate the whites from the yolks. Place the yolks and most of the sugar in a deep bowl.
2. Whisk the egg yolks and sugar until firm. Slice into a vanilla pod, scrape off the seeds and add to the beaten egg yolks.
3. Place in a saucepan the whipped yolks with vanilla pod and seeds, milk, condensed milk.
4. Mix a small amount of sugar with the Curd mixture.
5. Place the pot in the multicooker body and stir the ingredients with a silicone whisk.
6. Cook with the lid open, SAUCE setting, stirring constantly with a silicone whisk.
7. Pour the mixture "Curd" with sugar into a hot, but not boiling mass.
8. Once the mixture is thick and shiny, turn off the multicooker and pour the sauce into the container, cover.
Use vanilla sauce to cover and garnish desserts.

6. Cook without a lid in SAUCE setting, stirring constantly with a silicone whisk.
7. Pour the mixture "Curd" with sugar into a hot, but not boiling mass.
8. As soon as the mass thickens and becomes shiny, turn off the multicooker and pour the sauce into a container, cover with a lid.
Use vanilla sauce to cover and decorate desserts.
