Ingredients

  • Strawberry - 600 gr
  • Sugar - 250 gr
  • Mixture - 30 gr
  • Lemon juice - 50 gr
  • White wine - 50 ml
  • Vanilla - 1 pcs
  • Water - 200 ml

Strawberry sauce Directions

1. Puree the thawed strawberries. Use an OURSSON blender.
2. Mix granulated sugar with Curd mixture.
3. Place all ingredients in a multicooker saucepan and stir with a silicone whisk.
4. Cook with the lid open, SAUCE setting, stirring constantly with a silicone whisk.
5. As soon as the sauce thickens and becomes transparent, turn off the multicooker and pour the sauce into a container, cover with a lid.
Use strawberry sauce to cover and garnish desserts.

1. Puree the thawed strawberries. Use an OURSSON blender.
2. Mix granulated sugar with Curd mixture.
3. Place all ingredients in a multicooker saucepan and stir with a silicone whisk.
4. Cook without a lid in SAUCE setting, stirring constantly with a silicone whisk.
5. Once the sauce is thick and shiny, turn off the multicooker and pour the sauce into a container, cover with a lid.
Use strawberry sauce to cover and decorate desserts.
