Ingredients

  • Butter - 200 gr
  • Egg - 4 pcs
  • Sugar - 300 gr
  • Sour cream 42% - 400 gr
  • Wheat flour - 200 gr
  • Bitter chocolate - 150 gr
  • Salt - 3 gr
  • Cocoa powder - 30 gr
  • Baking powder - 20 gr
  • Butter - 25 gr
  • Wheat flour - 20 gr
  • To decorate: pcs
  • White chocolate - 350 gr
  • Dark chocolate - 50 gr

Zebra" cake" Directions

Multicooker firm: OURSSON

1. Beat the eggs, granulated sugar and salt using a mixer to a strong foam (use an OURSSON mixer!).
2. Add softened butter and sour cream, stir.
3. Combine flour with baking powder. Add to dough and stir.
4. Divide the dough into 2 pieces.
5. Melt the bitter chocolate in the microwave (use the OURSSON microwave!).
6. Add melted chocolate and cocoa powder to one part of the dough. Stir.
7. Transfer the white and chocolate dough to piping bags.
8. Cut off the ends of the bags.
9. Brush the inside of a saucepan with butter and flour.
10. Squeeze the dough out of the piping bags. Fill the pot from center to side in a spiral pattern. Alternate layers of white and chocolate dough.
11. Select the BAKE function , cooking time - 1 hour.
12. Transfer the hot cake to a cooling rack.
13. Melt white and dark chocolate in microwave.
14. Make a cornet out of parchment and pour melted dark chocolate into it.
15. Cover the completely cooled cake with melted white chocolate.
16. Apply the decor from the cornet with dark chocolate. Use a toothpick to add an abstract pattern to the chocolate decor. Let the chocolate harden.
17. Transfer the cake to a beautiful platter, cut into portions and serve with tea or coffee.
