Rinse the meat, dry it, cut into small pieces. Mix with onion and flour. Pour vegetable oil into the bottom of the pan and use the "Fry" program to fry the meat until golden brown. Disable the Frying program . Add water so that it covers the meat by 3 cm. Season with salt and pepper to taste. Cook on the program "Simmering" 1 hour. In the meantime, prepare the vegetables: finely chop the onion and herbs, chop the carrots into slices, and the potatoes into cubes. Add vegetables, seasonings to a slow cooker and simmer until cooked. 1 hour before readiness, if desired, you can thicken the gravy, for this, mix 4-5 tbsp. Flour with 1 glass of hot water, pour into a saucepan and stir well.
Tip:
Along with vegetables, you can add chopped mushrooms, garlic, any greens and herbs.
