Ingredients

  • Pears - 8 pcs
  • Sugar - 40 gr
  • Red wine - 400 ml
  • Liquor - 100 ml
  • Vanilla - 1 pcs
  • Cinnamon - 1 pcs
  • Orange zest
  • Carnation - 1 pcs

Peel the pears. Pour boiling water over the pears and soak them in red wine for a while, of your choice.
Place all ingredients in a container and stir.
Cover with lid. Cook on Low Pressure for 10 minutes.
Pears can be substituted for prunes or figs without adding sugar.
