Ingredients
- Fig - 200 gr
- Dried apricots - 200 gr
- Dates - 200 gr
- Raisins - 200 gr
- Rose wine - 750 ml
- Sugar - 200 gr
- Oranges - 1 pcs
- Lemon - 1 pcs
- Cinnamon (stick) pcs
- Vanilla (pod)
- Coriander (ground) - 1 tsp

Preparation:
1. Prepare the multicooker and ingredients.
2. Wash the orange and lemon and cut into circles with the peel. Cut the vanilla in half lengthwise. Cut the figs into 4 parts, dried apricots and dates - in half lengthwise.
3. Pour the wine into a slow cooker, add 500 ml of water, sugar, circles of citrus fruits, cinnamon and halves of vanilla. Cook on Steam cooking 15 min.
4. Add all dried fruits and cook in the same mode for another 25 minutes.
5. Allow to cool to room temperature. Remove the cinnamon and vanilla from the mixture. Arrange the dessert in bowls and refrigerate for at least 2 hours. Serve with ice cream.
