  • Wheat flour - 75 gr
  • Sugar - 150 gr
  • Corn flour - 100 gr
  • Salt
  • Egg - 1 pcs
  • Soda - 0.25 tsp
  • Kefir - 0.5 beaker

COOKING METHOD
1. Cut the apricots in half and remove the seeds.
2. Mix two types of flour with baking powder.
3. Beat eggs with granulated sugar, vanilla sugar, add a pinch of salt, soda, softened butter (margarine), kefir, add flour.
4. Grease the bowl with oil, put apricots on the bottom, pour the dough. Close the lid of the multicooker. Press the "LEFT / RIGHT" buttons to set the program "OVEN" , time 45 minutes and 1 temperature level. Press the "START" button . At the end of the program, turn the cake onto a platter using the steam plate.

COOKING METHOD:
Cut the apricots in half and remove the seeds. Mix wheat and corn flour, add salt and soda. In a separate bowl, beat 70 grams of butter and sugar, adding whisking. Add half of the flour mixture, stir, add kefir and the remaining flour mixture. To stir thoroughly. Open the lid and turn the handle to the CLOSED position (fry with the lid open).
Press the buttons "MENU / SELECT" and "ENTER" , select the program "DRY" , set the time 5 minutes and the 3rd temperature level.
Press the "START" button.
In melted butter, add 100 grams of sugar and cook until sugar dissolves. Place the apricots on top of the caramel. Place the dough over the apricots. Press the buttons "MENU / SELECT" and "ENTER" , select the program "OVEN" , set the time 55 minutes and 1 temperature level. Press the "START" button .
Turn the finished cake onto a platter.
