Saute the onions, carrots and celery on Searing for 5 minutes.
Add meat. Fry the meat well on both sides. Add wine and tomato paste. Wait until the mixture is boiled down, add broth and herbs, salt and pepper.
Cover with a lid. Cook on high pressure for 40 minutes.
