Ingredients

  • Beef - 250 gr
  • Onion - 1 pcs
  • Carrot - 0.5 pcs
  • Garlic (cloves) - 2 pcs
  • Potatoes - 3 pcs
  • Prunes - 100 gr
  • Vegetable oil - 2 tbs
  • Flour - 1 tbs
  • Bay leaf - 1 pcs
  • Parsley tsp
  • Salt
  • Pepper

Beef with prunes Directions

Preparation:
1. Dice the beef, chop the onion and garlic.
2. Cut carrots into cubes, potatoes into cubes.
3. Season the beef with salt, pepper and fry in vegetable oil in "Baking" for 10 minutes.
4. Add onions, carrots, potatoes, garlic, prunes, bay leaf and 1 multi-glass of water to the bowl.
5. Dissolve flour thoroughly in 1 multi-glass of water, pour over meat with vegetables.
6. Close the lid and bake on Bake for 50 minutes.
7. Decorate the finished dish with parsley.
