- Minced meat - 500 gr
- Mushrooms - 200 gr
- Onion - 2 pcs
- White bread - 3 piece
- Egg - 1 pcs
- Garlic - 3 clove
- Water pcs
- Salt pcs
- Pepper pcs

Chop 1 head of onion and garlic with a blender or chop very finely. Soak white bread in water or milk. Mix all the ingredients, mix well the minced meat and form into small cakes. Finely chop the onion. Peel the mushrooms, chop finely. On the program Frying , fry the onions in vegetable oil. Add mushrooms, salt a little. Fry until all the liquid has evaporated (about 15 minutes). Transfer the mushroom filling to another dish. Put the mushroom filling in the middle of the cake. Gently join the edges, form a patty and roll in breadcrumbs. Fry in vegetable oil until tender.
Tip:
Serve any kind of potatoes and vegetables as a side dish.
