Lamb curry with onions - recipe
Ingredients
- Lamb (fillet) - 900 gr
- Onion - 2 pcs
- Garlic (cloves) - 4 pcs
- Salt - 2 tsp
- Turmeric - 1 tsp
- Curry - 1 tsp
- Chilli - 0.5 tsp
- Vegetable oil - 1 tbs
- Cilantro - 4 tbs
- Mint - 0.5 tbs
- Lemon juice - 1 tbs

Lamb curry with onions Directions

Preparation:
1. Cut the lamb into 2.5 cm cubes.
2. Chop the onion into thin rings, finely chop the garlic.
3. Stir lamb, onion, salt, chili, garlic, turmeric, curry and vegetable oil in a bowl.
4. Pour in 2 multi-glasses of water.
5. Cook in Cake mode for 1 hour.
6. Open the lid and bring the dish to a boil using Meat mode.
7. Simmer for 10-15 minutes, until cooked to a thick sauce.
8. In a bowl, combine cilantro, mint, chili, lemon juice and 3 tbsp. L. water.
9. Add the spicy pasta to the curry sauce and simmer for 5 minutes.
10. Turn off the mode, transfer the dish to a bowl and garnish with mint sprigs.
Note: Serve with boiled rice and additionally garnish with cilantro and chili rings.
