Pancake classic - recipe

- Flour - 140 gr
- Sugar - 50 gr
- Egg - 50 gr
- Butter - 45 gr
- Baking powder - 10 gr
- Salt - 2 gr
- Milk - 200 ml

Melt the butter. Beat the egg with sugar. In a separate container, mix flour, baking powder, salt, pour in milk and melted butter (40 g). Stir until smooth. Add beaten eggs to the resulting dough and mix. Grease the bowl of the multicooker-pressure cooker with the remaining butter, do not close the lid. Set the program FRYER / FRYER , cooking time 20 minutes. Press the Start button. After the countdown begins, pour a small portion of the dough into the bowl. After 2 minutes, turn the pancake over, and after another 2 minutes remove the finished pencake from the bowl. Repeat the same steps with the remaining test. Cook until the end of the program with the lid open.
Tip:
before serving, brush the pancakes with butter, garnish with peanuts and pineapple slices.
