Ingredients

  • Eggplant - 700 gr
  • Sweet pepper - 400 gr
  • Tomatoes - 400 gr
  • Carrot - 250 gr
  • Bulb onions - 250 gr
  • Garlic - 40 gr
  • Chilli - 20 gr
  • Cilantro - 10 gr
  • Vegetable oil - 40 ml
  • Salt
  • Spice

Cut the eggplants into 1.5 cm thick circles, cut the circles in half. Grate carrots, onion, chili, cilantro and garlic, chop with a knife. Peel the core and seeds. Cut the pepper and tomatoes into medium strips. Put eggplants, bell peppers, onions, carrots, garlic, tomatoes, chili peppers, cilantro into the bowl of a multicooker-pressure cooker, add salt, spices and mix. Close the cover and valve. Set the program STEW / COLD , cooking time 10 minutes. Press the Start button. Cook until the end of the program, then open the valve and let off steam.
Tip:
during cooking, you can add coriander, bay leaf and suneli hops.
