  • Pork (fillet) - 600 gr
  • Champignons - 300 gr
  • Onion - 300 gr
  • Vegetable oil - 70 ml
  • Salt
  • Spice

Rinse the pork, cut into portions, beat off, sprinkle with salt and spices. Cut the onion and mushrooms into small cubes. Pour oil on the bottom of the multicooker-pressure cooker bowl, set the "Fry" program for 20 minutes, press the START button. After the countdown of the cooking time has started, put the onions and mushrooms in the bowl, fry, stirring occasionally, until the end of the program. Put mushrooms and onions on the center of each piece of pork and roll up. Wrap each roll in foil, put in a multicooker-pressure cooker bowl. Close the lid, do not close the valve, set the “Baking” program to 1 hour, press the START button. Cook until the end of the program.
