  • Lamb (fillet) - 400 gr
  • Fresh rosemary - 20 gr
  • Thyme - 10 gr
  • Garlic - 5 gr
  • Spice

Rinse the lamb, cut into 2–3 cm cubes, put in foil, add thyme, rosemary, salt and spices. Put in a multicooker bowl. Close the lid, use the "Menu" button to install the "BAKERY" program. Press the button "Setting / Timer" , then by pressing the buttons "Hour" and "Min" set 1 hour 20 minutes. Press the Start / Heat button, cook until the end of the program.
When the multicooker is operated from a 220 V home power supply, the cooking time is 1 hour.
Tip:
Serve with tkemali sauce.
