- Cottage cheese - 0.5 kg
- Condensed milk - 1 bank
- Egg - 3 pcs
- Semolina - 0.5 beaker
- Butter - 20 gr

Separate the yolks from the whites. Beat the cottage cheese, yolks, condensed milk and semolina with a mixer. If the cottage cheese is dry, you can add a couple of tablespoons of kefir or sour cream. Beat the whites and salt separately until a thick foam forms. Add the whipped egg whites to the curd and stir gently. Grease a bowl with butter and spread out the mixture. Close the lid.
Cook in Baking / Bread for 50 minutes, then keep on Maintain temperature for 20 minutes. Do not open the lid during cooking. Then open the lid of the multicooker and let the casserole cool slightly before removing.
Sprinkle with powdered sugar before serving.
