- Egg - 3 pcs
- Wheat flour - 25 gr
- Sugar - 60 gr
- Lemon juice - 20 ml
- Cognac - 30 ml
- Butter - 5 gr
- Water - 1 l

Cut the pineapple into cubes and chop with sugar in a blender until smooth. Beat eggs with flour in a separate container. Add lemon juice, cognac and pineapple puree. Stir until smooth. Grease the molds with butter, put the pineapple mass. Place the forms on a steamer stand. Pour water into the bowl of the multicooker and put the steamer stand on top. Close the lid and steam outlet valve, set the program Steam / Boil , product type Vegetables for 5 minutes, press the START button. Cook until the end of the program. After finishing cooking, open the valve and let off steam. Cool the finished flan and remove from the mold.
