  • Egg - 250 gr
  • Sugar - 200 gr
  • Walnuts - 200 gr
  • Wheat flour - 130 gr
  • Baking powder - 15 gr
  • Butter - 20 gr
  • Milk - 130 ml
  • Olive oil - 30 ml

Separate the egg yolks from the whites. Beat egg whites with sugar using a mixer. Grind the nuts in a blender. In a separate bowl, use a mixer to mix milk, flour, yolks, nuts and olive oil until smooth, stir in the whites. Grease a bowl of a multicooker-pressure cooker with butter, pour out the dough, smooth. Close the lid, do not close the valve, set the “Baking” program for 50 minutes, press the START button. Cook until the end of the program.
